LATE - CANCELATIONS - NO SHOWS
At Ultra Violet, we take our job and clients seriously. We respect all of our clients time who have reserved a time for service(s) with us, and in return we hope that all clients will also respect our time. By prioritizing appointments made in advance, we are able to properly take care of each individual client by giving them high quality services at their desired booking time.
Late Policy:
If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please let us know by calling the salon - we will try our best to accommodate your reserved appointment(s) to the best of our abilities. Please understand that we only allow enough time for what is reserved and nothing more. By being late, this will effect the rest of our scheduled appointments for the day. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind, your appointment may be:
48 Hour Cancelation Notice:
In order to maximize and the number of clients we can serve while still having a high quality control, we ask that if any cancelations or changes to reserved appointment(s) needs to be made, please give us at least a 48 hour notice. Appointments that are canceled prior to the 48 hours will not be charged a cancelation fee. Appointments that are canceled past 48 hours may be subjected to a 50% cancelation fee.
Same day Cancelation or No-Show:
Same day cancelations are taking away from other loyal clients and income from commission based Artist's, if an appointment is canceled or no-showed the same day the services are supposed to take place, there will be a 100% service charge. We understand that life happens and sometimes it is unexpected. If you are having an emergency, please contact the salon ASAP to avoid a fee.
*Please understand that if the same day cancelation is due to poor planning it is not considered emergency. *
Repeated Cancelations & No-Shows:
If we notice a continuous pattern of last minute cancelations and no-shows, future appointments may be required to hold a non-refundable deposit or client account(s) may be blocked from making future appointments with us.
Kids & Additional Guests:
Although we love kids and having friends for company, out of respect for our other guests, your Artists, and other artists there - please leave your little ones and friends who are not getting services done at stay at home or meet up with friends after your appointment(s) in our Café so we can ensure a peaceful, relaxing environment in our Salon. Keeping a sterile and clean environment is one of our top priorities, and we can not have unsupervised children running around. We also can not allow friends and/or kids to also sit at another sterile station if they are not having a service performed even if it is not being used.
