Group Policy

Whether it's a birthday, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, baby showers, you name it - we would love to be a part of your special day.

• A group coordinator can set up appointments directly by phone call or by sending an e-mail and we'll get in touch asap.

• We recommend booking parties at least 2 months in advance for large parties to secure your time. A party is considered when 4 or more in a group are wanting to get services done at the same time. Last minute requests for parties are not guaranteed as reservations are first come, first served.
• We require an active credit/debit card that will be used to hold the group appointments - on the day of the event, everyone will be able to check out separately.
• Cancelations or changes must be made 7 days before the Day of the event. 
  • ​Cancelations made 6 days before the day of the event will result in 25% charge of the total services canceled on the reserved credit card.
  • Cancelations made 3 days before the day of the event will result in 50% charge of the total services canceled on the reserved credit card. 
  • Cancelations made 1 day before the day of the event will result in 75% charge of the total services canceled on the reserved credit card.
  • Same day cancelation and/or no-show will result in 100% charge of total services on the reserved credit card.
• ​In the case of member(s) of the party cancelling within our cancelation policy date(s), the fee of the member(s) cancelling will be charged with the corresponding cancelation fee/date to the card on file.
• If services were requested incorrectly or additional services requested on the day of, we can not guarantee that enough time will be available to complete additional services that were not accounted for.
• Requests are not guaranteed until booked with a secure credit card.
