Guarantee Policy
UV guarantees Gel-Polish and nail enhancement services to last up-to 5 days. If the gel polish chips, smudges, or peels or nail enhancement has chipped polish or heavy lifting within 5 days, clients are entitled to come back into the salon for a fix at no charge. Any issues after 5 days, nails are no longer covered by our guarantee policy as it can be the result of the daily life of the wearer or due to normal wear and tear. This guarantee policy only applies to services performed at our location and we do not cover anyone else's work outside of UV.
Important:
- Broken nails and/or nails peeled/picked off due to misuse of nails are not covered under UV's guarantee policy at any time.
- UV recommends clients to come back every 2-4 weeks to maintain artificial nails. We are not responsible for damage due to nail enhancements being peeled/picked off or damage due to untimely fills, or damage from previous Artist's work.
- We will do our best to allocate a time to get you back into the salon in a timely manner. But in the event a client can not return during our available window or in a timely manner due to their schedule, UV has the right to charge the normal rate if client still desires a repair.
- Repairs and fixes outside of our guarantee policy will result in payment per required fix/repair per nail.
